EWELCOME24 PLUS

The EWELCOME24 self check-in software has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use, offering a clear and accessible interface for any user, regardless of their language or level of familiarity with the technology.
Upon accessing the home page, users find a menu that allows them to choose from several languages, such as Italian, English, French, Spanish, German and Russian. This option ensures that users can navigate in the language of their choice, enhancing their overall experience.

In addition, the software can also integrate an on-demand virtual assistant that provides detailed explanations of each function, guiding the user step-by-step in their own language, ensuring that all directions are clear and easy to understand.
Once the language is selected, the user has four main options, each of them clearly visible and easily selectable:

Check-in: allows the user to check-in autonomously, entering their personal data, confirming their reservation and obtaining information on available rooms.
Check-out: facilitates a quick check-out process, allowing the user to review the account and confirm payment details.

Walk-in: designed for those who do not have a previous reservation, this function shows in real time the availability of rooms and allows you to make a new reservation directly.
Extras: allows you to add additional services to your stay, such as restaurants, gifts, breakfast or access to additional facilities offered by the hotel.

Check-in modality

By choosing the Check-in option, a guided process is initiated that simplifies each step:
Reservation search: the software connects to the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) to retrieve reservations. The user can search for their reservation by entering their last name, reservation number or even using a QR code. In case of having several rooms booked, the system will show all the associated rooms in order to manage them.
Data confirmation: once the reservation is found, the details are shown for confirmation. The user can verify his name, dates of stay and room type. In case of errors, the data can be modified directly from the terminal.
Identity Card Capture: in compliance with regulations, the software guides the user through the capture of his or her identity document, either passport or ID card, by means of an integrated reader. The data is verified and automatically registered in the PMS, ensuring legal compliance.
Privacy confirmation and room access: after confirming the data and accepting the privacy policy, the user completes the check-in. The system provides the room keys (physical or digital) along with the relevant information for the stay. In addition, the system updates the room's home automation to enable access.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The system supports modern contactless card payments (credit or debit), ensuring a fast and secure transaction.

INVOICINGAND TAX RECEIPT
For corporate guests or upon request, invoices can be generated and sent by e-mail, or tax receipts can be issued and printed or sent digitally, depending on the guest's preference.

Walk-in mode

This option is oriented to guests arriving without prior reservation, allowing them to choose and book a room in real time from the totem pole, based on current availability.
When a guest selects the Walk-in option, a guided process is initiated that includes:
Display of available rooms: the system connects to the hotel's PMS to display available rooms in real time. Users can filter them by category, price, number of beds and other criteria, facilitating the choice.
Room selection: the guest can view detailed descriptions, images, amenities included and the price per night. Once the room has been selected, the guest can proceed with the reservation.
Entering personal data: after selecting the room, the user must enter his/her personal data, such as name, surname and ID, to complete the reservation, thus complying with current regulations, as is done in the Check-in process.
